Instructions:

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt. Slowly add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin tortilla-like shape.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the tortillas until lightly browned on both sides. Set aside.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup diced red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembly:

8 small flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Sliced avocado
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the teriyaki marinade.
